Over 2 years ago upcoming rap group from New York created the controversial "Blame Ebro?" brand. Naturally the hip-hop scene in NYC immediately gravitated to the brand due to the truth in the statement made by Trial & Era. Short after, Ebro Darden caught wind of it and tried to claim it as his own. Using his radio platform and social media following Ebro overshadowed the original creators of the brand and took all credit for the "Blame Ebro?" movement. Ebro went as far as making a website, social media pages and even sold the product as his own. Sadly, Ebro's involvement destroyed the brand and its purpose which was to raise awareness of the state on hip-hop in NYC.
